November 2019 TBR

I'm not usually one for setting TBR's but lately I have been spending so much time trying to decide what to read next I'm hoping this helps.

First up I'm going to take part in the Romance Readers Reading Challenge (RRRC) for November, which I heard of from Sarah at Steeped in Books.

1. 'N' is for November: Read a book that starts with 'N' or a book whose author's first or last name starts with 'N'.

2. Bird of the Month - November: Rooster: One of the twelve signs of the Chinese zodiac, the Rooster is a Chinese symbol of honesty, as well as physical and moral fortitude. It is of the yang attribute and signifies fortune, luck, fidelity, protection as well as bossiness.

- Read a book set in Asia or has an Asian author, or a book you had the good fortune to obtain for free or at a low cost, or a book with the number 1 or 2 somewhere in the page count.

3. Featured Author Challenge: Read one book written by Courtney Milan or Talia Hibbert, or any author with either of their first or last names.  You may also read a book set in North America or with a character who has chemistry with someone else. You can also read any book published in 2009, or a Contemporary or Historical romance or a book by any author who has won a RITA award.

4. November 2nd - Book Lovers Day: Read a book with an embrace or longing glance on the cover or a book someone else said they loved or a book with a library or book store in the story.

5. November 3rd - Sandwich Day: Read a book that is neither the first or last in a series, but 'sandwiched' somewhere in between. Or read a book with a character with several layers to them or a book you could squeeze into a busy day or week.

6. November 6th - Marooned Without A Compass Day: Read a book with a 'stranded' theme (i.e. shipwrecked, plane crash, snowed in at a cabin, car breaks down) or a book with a character who seems 'lost' or a book with the color red on the cover.

7. November 14th - Operating Room Nurse Day: Read a book set in a medical field, or with a character in a medical field or who is in need of a medical professional, or a book you feel under pressure to get off your tbr or a book with a character who doesn't get enough credit or is underappreciated.

8. November 17th - Take A Hike Day: Read a book with tree(s), or a road or a mountain on the cover or a book towards the top of your tbr (newer) or a book with a character who seems unlikeable at first.

9. November 28th - Thanksgiving: Read a book with a family or friends in the story or a book with a one word title or a book with a cover you are thankful for.

10. Reader's Choice: Read any book of your choosing!
